# Done-for-you website projects

UOVA builds sites for you in four fixed-price tiers, from $499 to $9,999. See what each tier includes, how payment and refunds work, and the 5-business-day promise.

A website project is a one-off fee, separate from your monthly plan and your credits. Every tier includes 12 months of Basic hosting, which does not renew automatically. ## What each tier includes

### Express

Your words edited and placed, your logo, colours and photos applied, mobile perfected, essential on-page SEO, and a contact form, domain and SSL wired in.

### Starter

Conversion-focused copywriting, your branding, fonts and colours, full on-page SEO, and the same contact form, domain and SSL wiring as Express.

### Custom

Brand-voice copywriting on every page, art-directed imagery, analytics and lead capture, and the domain name registered for 3 years, then renewed at its listed price. Its features also include "Edit everything yourself, forever" in the UOVA editor. It begins with a design call and is designed and built in 2 to 3 weeks. That time is an estimate, not a guarantee.

### Flagship

Everything in Custom, plus a full storefront or booking build with up to 60 products loaded for you, Stripe checkout and payments, automated emails (carts, welcomes, receipts), a brand kit, launch-week support, and a direct line to the studio. It begins with a design call and takes 3 to 5 weeks. That time is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Anything not listed for your tier is outside the project, for example extra pages, extra products or integrations with other software. It is quoted in writing before any work starts.

## How to order and pay

- **Express and Starter** are bought on [/services](https://www.uova.com/services). You pay the full price up front by card through Stripe.
- **Custom and Flagship** are sold through a call. Use the design call button on [/services](https://www.uova.com/services), which opens a call request at [/contact](https://www.uova.com/contact). After the call you receive a written quote and a Stripe invoice. You pay 50% to start and 50% when you approve the site for launch. The site launches after the second payment.
- Any tax is shown at checkout or on the invoice before you pay.

## The 5-business-day promise

Express and Starter are delivered in 5 business days, or it is free. The clock starts on the later of your payment and the moment UOVA receives your completed brief. A completed brief is an email to hello@uova.com that gives your business name, what you do and how customers should reach you. Your logo, photos and existing copy are welcome but not required.

If UOVA does not deliver in time, you are refunded the full price. The site is still finished, and your 12 months of Basic hosting still apply.

## Refunds

## After the first year

## Common questions

**Does a project use my credits?**

No. A project is a one-off fee and is separate from your plan's credits.

**Can I buy Custom or Flagship without a call?**

No. Those tiers begin with a 15-minute design call.
