# Request a feature

How to ask for something UOVA does not do yet: what to describe, which gaps are already known by area, and how to send the request through the contact form.

A request that describes your problem is more useful than one that describes a button. Say what you are trying to get done, and the way you do it today.

## What to include

1. The job you are trying to do, in one or two sentences.
2. What you do instead today, and where it falls short.
3. What you would expect UOVA to do. A sketch in words is enough.
4. How often it matters to you, and what kind of site or project it is for.

## Gaps already known

These are not available today. You can still ask for them, but there is no need to report them as bugs. Check this list first, because the answer to "does UOVA do this" is often here.

| Area | Not available today |
| --- | --- |
| Generating a site | Choosing the template the generator uses, starting from a blank canvas, importing an existing site, a style import from a screenshot or link, several languages on one site. |
| Editor | Dragging items from the Add Elements list, uploading your own font files, a Spacing tab on template sites, Click and Mouse animations, a one-click "stack on mobile" switch, connecting your own GA4 property from the editor. |
| Code and embeds | Scripts and iframes in your own HTML, true server-side redirects. The Book section for Cal.com, Calendly and Square is the supported embed. |
| Publishing and domains | Changing the `uova.io` address after the first publish, a publish confirmation email, email hosting, email forwarding, domain forwarding, a DNS editor, premium domains, moving a domain to another site. |
| Inbox and account | An in-app reply to form messages, an Inbox export, undelete, changing your account email yourself, a profile photo, a sessions list, two-factor recovery codes, magic-link sign-in. |
| Teams and access | Shared workspaces, collaborators, roles, moving a project to another account, page-level passwords, public API keys, single sign-on. |
| Billing | A free trial of a paid plan, promo codes at checkout, payment methods other than a card, monthly credits that roll over. |
| Studio | Publishing your work to Community, 3D model generation, voice cloning, face swap, more than one reference image, an end frame, video-to-video, video upscaling, audio outside the Lock-in agent. |

## Send it

1. **Open the support form** Go to [Help & Support](https://www.uova.com/help/getting-started/help-and-support) and find the form titled **Send a message**.
2. **Start the subject with "Feature:"** Add a few words naming the idea. The subject is optional but makes the request easy to find. **Email** and **Message** are required.
3. **Write the request** Use the list above. The message can be up to 5,000 characters.
4. **Select Send message** The form shows "Message sent" after a real send. No ticket number or confirmation email follows. See [Emails from UOVA](https://www.uova.com/help/faq/emails-from-uova).

## What happens to your idea

Sending a request does not commit UOVA to building it. The Terms of Service say that suggestions and feedback you send may be used by UOVA for any purpose, without obligation or compensation to you, and are not confidential. Read section 19 of the [Terms of Service](https://www.uova.com/legal/terms) if you want the exact wording. What to expect after you send is on [Help & Support](https://www.uova.com/help/getting-started/help-and-support).

**Is there a public roadmap or voting board?**
