# Use cases

See which kinds of business UOVA's generator builds best today, how the industry and solutions pages relate to it, and which guide to read for your business.

UOVA builds a site from a short description of your business. The generator is strongest where it has a template made for that kind of business. This page says which, and links to a guide for each of eight businesses.

## What the generator builds today

The generator picks from an allowlist of 12 generator templates. A scoring step reads your prompt, detects the industry and tone, and chooses one. You cannot choose it yourself. Capitol is the general-purpose template and the fallback.

| Template | Built for | Guide |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Saffron | Restaurants, cafes and coffee shops | [Build a restaurant website](https://www.uova.com/help/use-cases/restaurant-website) |
| Fade | Barbershops | [Build a barbershop website](https://www.uova.com/help/use-cases/barbershop-website) |
| Gloss | Hair salons | [Build a hair salon website](https://www.uova.com/help/use-cases/hair-salon-website) |
| Datum | Trades | [Build a trades website](https://www.uova.com/help/use-cases/trades-website) |
| Grove | Landscaping | [Build a landscaping website](https://www.uova.com/help/use-cases/landscaping-website) |
| Hearth | Bakeries | [Build a bakery website](https://www.uova.com/help/use-cases/bakery-website) |
| Odessey, Keel | Gyms, fitness clubs and yoga studios (Odessey) and a personal trainer (Keel) | [Build a gym or personal trainer website](https://www.uova.com/help/use-cases/gym-and-trainer-website) |
| Capitol | Corporate and general businesses, and the fallback | [Build a professional services website](https://www.uova.com/help/use-cases/professional-services-website) |
| Lueur | Beauty products | No guide yet |
| Vanta, Veil | Streetwear and fashion online stores | No guide yet. Store templates add extra rail items, see [Editor layout](https://www.uova.com/help/build/editor/anatomy) |

If a build fails on the template it chose, the generator falls back to Capitol and then to Saffron.

## Any other business

A business outside the table still gets a site, on the closest template or on Capitol. A dentist, a photographer, an estate agent, a law firm and a nail bar or spa are matched to Capitol today. You can also open the [Templates](https://www.uova.com/help/build/templates) gallery, filter by category and press **Use Template** to start from a design of your own choosing. The gallery lists 60+ templates.

> **Industry and solutions pages:** The [/industries](https://www.uova.com/industries) pages (41 industries) and the [/solutions](https://www.uova.com/solutions) pages (14 categories with 6 verticals each, 84 in all) are marketing pages that describe how UOVA is positioned for each business. They do not change what the generator can build. This help section describes what the product does.
