Somewhere this week, the ten-thousandth site published with UOVA went live still wearing its maker's mark. We did not plan a confetti moment for it. But it is worth marking, because of what each of those marks quietly claims.
A maker's mark says a person stood behind this and is willing to be known for it. Every site that keeps the Made in UOVA badge is co-signing a high claim: that fast and good are not opposites, that you should not be able to tell from the site alone whether it took a week or a coffee break.
Ten thousand sites in, the argument is getting harder to dismiss. Thank you to everyone who left the mark on. We will keep earning it.
