A members' club that happens to be a gym — eight of them, one membership, every hour they are open.

One card, eight clubs, sixty-one salaried coaches and a timetable that starts at half past five. Nothing here is an upgrade you find out about later.
What a membership is

Strength floors, conditioning, water and a timetable that runs from half past five.

Sixty-one coaches across eight clubs, and a first consultation that costs nothing.

Contrast, sauna, plunge and physiotherapy, in rooms built for it rather than corridors.

A performance lab with real equipment, and somebody who will explain the graph.

Each one built for the building it is in, which is why none of them look alike and all of them work the same way. The nearest is closer than you think.
The timetable

Barbell strength, taught properly, in groups of twelve.

Power-based cycling on a lit floor, with your numbers on the wall if you want them.

Conditioning with weight in it. Sleds, carries, and a rower you will resent.

Beyond the training floor
I joined for the pool and stayed for the coaching. Four years in, it is the only membership I have never once thought about cancelling.
