We met in a tiny bookshop in Oxford, both reaching for the same worn copy of a novel neither of us had read. James offered to buy coffee instead of fighting over the book.
Five years later, he proposed on a freezing hillside in the Lake District. Clara said yes before he even finished the question. Now we're getting married, and we can't imagine celebrating without you.
The Venue
Set in twelve acres of Cotswolds countryside, Whitfield Hall is a Grade II listed manor house with sweeping gardens and a walled rose garden.

Dress Code
We'd love for guests to dress in smart casual or garden party attire. Think summer dresses, suits, and light fabrics.
There's no strict dress code, so wear what makes you feel wonderful. The only rule? Leave the white dresses for the bride!

Join us as we exchange our vows in the sunlit garden pavilion. Please arrive by 1:45pm so we can begin on time.

After the ceremony, join us on the south terrace for champagne, canapés, and lawn games while we sneak off for photos.

A four-course seasonal dinner prepared by the wonderful team at The Wild Kitchen, using locally sourced ingredients.
19:30
Time to cut the cake! Followed by coffee, tea, and an obscene amount of petit fours.
20:00
The dance floor opens with our first dance. After that, it’s all yours — dance until midnight!

The party wraps up at midnight. Taxis can be pre-booked through the venue.
