Services Terms

These terms apply when you buy a website project from UOVA: Express, Starter, Custom or Flagship. For everything else, our Terms of Service apply. If the two disagree about a website project, these Services Terms win.

1. Who you are dealing with

The services are provided by Uova Global Corp. ("UOVA", "we", "us"), a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (corporation number 1602358-4), based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

2. What each project includes

Every project is a one-off fee, not a subscription. Every price includes 12 months of Basic hosting.

Express — $499. Up to 3 pages, built from a premium UOVA template. We edit and place your words and apply your logo, colours and photos. Includes mobile perfected, essential on-page SEO, and your contact form, domain and SSL wired in. 1 round of revisions. 7 days of done-for-you changes after launch. Delivered in 5 business days, or it's free (section 4).

Starter — $999. Up to 6 pages, hand-finished from a premium UOVA template. Includes conversion-focused copywriting, your branding, fonts and colours, mobile perfected, full on-page SEO, and your contact form, domain and SSL wired in. 2 rounds of revisions. 30 days of done-for-you changes after launch. Delivered in 5 business days, or it's free (section 4).

Custom — $4,999. Up to 12 pages plus a blog, designed from a blank canvas. Includes brand-voice copywriting on every page, art-directed imagery, analytics and lead capture, and your domain for 3 years. Unlimited revisions during design. 90 days of done-for-you changes after launch. It begins with a 15-minute design call. We aim to design and build it in 2–3 weeks. That is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Flagship — $9,999. Everything in Custom, plus a storefront or booking build, up to 60 products loaded, Stripe checkout and payments, automated emails, a brand kit, launch-week support with same-day replies, and a direct line to the studio. 12 months of done-for-you changes after launch. It begins with a 15-minute design call. We aim to design and build it in 3–5 weeks. That is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Anything not listed above for your tier is outside the project. Examples are extra pages, extra products, and integrations with other software. We will quote it in writing before doing it.

3. Price, currency and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Express and Starter. You pay the full price up front at checkout, through Stripe.

Custom and Flagship. After the design call we send a written quote and a Stripe invoice. You pay 50% to start. You pay the other 50% when you approve the site for launch, and we launch after that payment.

Any tax is shown at checkout or on the invoice before you pay. We never add a charge after payment without your written agreement.

4. Express and Starter: 5 business days, or it's free

The promise. We deliver your Express or Starter site within 5 business days, or it's free.

What starts the clock. The clock starts on the later of two moments:

• your payment;
• the moment we receive your completed brief.

A completed brief is an email to hello@uova.com that gives your business name, what you do, and how customers should reach you. Your logo, photos, existing copy or current site are welcome but not required: we can build from the brief alone.

Business days. Monday to Friday, excluding Ontario public holidays, in Toronto time. A brief that arrives after 5:00 pm Toronto time counts from the next business day.

What "delivered" means. Your site is live and we have emailed you its link. The link is on your own domain, or on a UOVA address while your domain's settings take effect. Delays at your domain registrar do not count against the clock. Neither do the revision rounds in section 5.

What "it's free" means. Suppose we do not deliver within 5 business days of the clock starting. Then we refund the full price you paid for the tier. We still finish and deliver your site, and your 12 months of Basic hosting still apply. To claim it, write to hello@uova.com. We send the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of your request.

Custom and Flagship timelines are estimates and do not carry this promise.

5. Revisions

• Express includes 1 round of revisions.
• Starter includes 2 rounds.
• Custom and Flagship include unlimited revisions during design.

A round is one message listing every change you want. We make all of those changes together.

Revisions start after delivery. They do not reopen the 5-business-day clock.

Changes that add scope are quoted separately (section 2). Examples are new pages, a new layout, or a different template.

6. After launch: changes, hosting and your domain

Changes after launch. You can edit anything yourself in the UOVA studio, with no code, at any time. During your done-for-you window we also make changes for you: send us a note and we do it. The windows are:

Each window starts on your launch day. Each change must fit inside your tier's pages and features.

12 months of Basic hosting included. Every tier includes 12 months of our Basic plan in its price, starting on your launch day. We do not take a card for renewal at checkout, and nothing renews automatically. Before the 12 months end, we email you. To keep the site on your own domain after that, subscribe to Basic: $144 a year, or $19 a month. If you do not, your site stays yours and remains editable on UOVA's free plan.

Your domain.

• Express and Starter. We connect a domain you already own. If you do not have one yet, you can register one through UOVA at its listed price.
• Custom and Flagship. We register your domain for you and include it for 3 years. After that it renews at its listed price.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a project at any time by writing to hello@uova.com. What you get back depends on how far the work has gone:

Two further cases:

• If we miss the 5-business-day promise. The section 4 refund always applies, whatever stage the project is at.
• If we decide we cannot take on your project. We refund 100%.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable right you have under consumer-protection law.

8. Your materials

You confirm you have the right to use everything you send us: text, logos, photos and other material. You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts about your business that appear on the site. That includes prices, opening hours, qualifications and reviews. We do not invent reviews, awards, ratings or other claims about your business.

9. Ownership and hand-over

The finished site, its copy, its imagery and its domain are yours outright. Nothing is held hostage, not now, not ever.

Transfer. On request, at any time, we transfer the domain to the registrar you choose. We also send you the site's copy and images as files.

Portfolio. We may show the finished site in our portfolio unless you tell us not to.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario. Nothing in this section removes a consumer's right, under the mandatory law of their country or province of residence, to bring proceedings in their local courts.
