What it says is the product: a symptom-first entry — tell us what is happening, not which trade it is — prices published to the pound including the out-of-hours rate, cover plans sold as a schedule of commitments (12 MONTHS · NOBODY ELSE · £180) rather than bullet cards, six case studies that each open into their own documentary account — what we found, what we did staged 01–04, how it ended — and a careers page that states what you are paid, what you are trained in and who you answer to, with a real engineer's sentence set on the photograph. Every displayed string including every alt resolves through one by-id map: editable by construction rather than by audit.
