This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited on the UOVA platform. It applies to everyone who uses the Service, including account holders, team members, visitors, anonymous users, merchants, and the websites, stores, AI generations, and communications created or sent through the Service. This AUP supplements and is incorporated into the Terms of Service; capitalized terms have the meaning given there.
We may update this AUP at any time. If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please notify us at abuse@uova.io. We may investigate and take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, disabling stores, and reporting to law enforcement.

When using AI generation features, you may not attempt to generate, and may not use the Service to create or distribute, content that:
Where required by law, you must clearly disclose that content is AI-generated. You are responsible for reviewing all AI outputs before use and for ensuring they are lawful and non-infringing.
If you operate a store or accept payments through the Service, you must also comply with the Merchant & Seller Agreement, including its restricted- and prohibited-products list. You may not sell, offer, or facilitate the sale of illegal, counterfeit, stolen, recalled, hazardous, regulated, or otherwise prohibited goods or services, or use the Service to launder money, evade sanctions, or process payments for prohibited businesses.
If you send email or other messages using the Service (including marketing, newsletters, transactional, or cart-recovery messages), you must comply with all applicable anti-spam and communications laws, including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the ePrivacy rules and GDPR in the EEA/UK. You must have a lawful basis or consent to contact recipients, honor opt-outs promptly, include a functioning unsubscribe mechanism and accurate sender identification and postal address in commercial messages, and not send deceptive headers or subject lines. You are solely responsible for your recipient lists and message content.
To report a violation of this AUP, email abuse@uova.io (or copyright@uova.io for intellectual-property complaints). We may, at our sole discretion and with or without notice, investigate suspected violations, remove or disable access to content or stores, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve and disclose information as permitted or required by law, and cooperate with law-enforcement or regulatory authorities. Nothing in this AUP requires us to monitor content, but we reserve the right to do so.
