Uova Global Corp. is a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (corporation number 1602358-4), based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Unless otherwise stated in a specific policy, our legal agreements are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario, except where a specific policy provides otherwise or where the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, certain mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may apply. Nothing in these policies affects your statutory rights under such laws.
