Browse and preview templates
Find a template by category, type, style or palette, preview it live, and read its pages and highlights before you start.
For the complete documentation index, see llms.txt. This page is also available as Markdown.
The gallery lives at /templates. It opens on Popular Designs, a hand-ordered selection. Switch to All Templates to see everything the gallery lists.
#Browse
Step 1: Open the gallery
Go to /templates. The search box under the heading reads "Search by industry, style, or keyword". The default view is Popular Designs.
Step 2: Pick a view
In the sidebar, Popular Designs and All Templates each show a count. Cards load as you scroll.
Step 3: Pick a category
The Category buttons are All, Portfolio, Business, SaaS, Ecommerce, Restaurant, Hospitality, Personal, Architecture, Technology, Sports, Health, Education and Entertainment. Each shows a count.
Step 4: Narrow it down
Use Editor-ready only, the Type, Style and Palette checkboxes, and the sort menu.
Step 5: Hover a card
A card plays a short preview when you hover. It always shows the template name, its category and a label: Editor-ready, or Live checkout on the store templates.
Step 6: Open the template page
Click the card to see the live preview, pages and highlights.
#Filters and sorting
| Control | Options |
|---|---|
| Editor-ready only | Shows only templates carrying the Editor-ready label |
| Type | Online Store, Portfolio, Services, Blog, Scheduling, One Page, Courses |
| Style | Dark, Light, Editorial, Minimal, Bold, Animated |
| Palette | Warm tones, Cool blue, Cream, Earth tones, Bold accent |
| Sort | Sort: Recommended, Sort: Newest, Sort: A–Z |
| Search | Matches name, description, category and tags |
- Within Type, Style or Palette, checking several boxes shows templates that match any of them. Different groups combine, so a template must satisfy each group you use.
- Type, Style and Palette are matched against each template's tags and light or dark mode, so treat them as a guide.
- Category and filters apply inside the view you are on. To see everything in a category, switch to All Templates. Typing a search always searches the whole gallery, even from Popular Designs.
- Sort: Newest keeps the same order as Sort: Recommended. Sort: A–Z orders by name.
- If nothing matches, the page says "No templates match your filters." and offers Clear all filters.
- At 1,023 pixels of screen width or less, the sidebar moves behind a Filters button. Above that width a toggle switches the grid between 3 columns and 2, and your choice is remembered in the browser.
Links with ?category=, ?industry= or ?q= open the All Templates view with that filter applied. ?category= takes one of the category names above. ?industry= takes restaurants, saas, agencies, portfolios, coaches, ecommerce, events or realestate, and opens the closest category.
#The template page
Each template has its own page at /templates/<name>. On a desktop screen it shows a live preview in a frame. At 768 pixels wide or narrower it shows a static image instead.
- Use Template (or Create your own for templates the editor cannot open) and Preview buttons. Preview opens a full-screen preview with a Back button and Use & Edit, or Generate yours in this style where the editor cannot open the template.
- Preview frame controls: Desktop preview, Tablet preview and Mobile preview width buttons, a page menu on multi-page templates, Reload preview and Open preview in a new tab.
- Key Highlights, which show the template's first four features, and a Style + tags list.
- A Pages strip. Choosing a page scrolls back to the preview and opens that page.
- Tabs for Overview, Features and FAQ.
- A Similar templates row of three, with a See all in link to the category.
- After you scroll down, a bar slides up with Preview and Use Template.
A page at /templates/featured shows nine hand-picked templates.
#Common questions
Some templates are unlisted. Unlisted templates still open at their own address if you have the link.
The template can be opened in the editor as your own copy. A template the editor cannot open shows Create your own on its page instead of Use Template.
There is no per-template price and no price filter. Each template page's FAQ tab states that templates are free to use with any UOVA project.
