Quickstart
Go from a new account to a published site at a uova.io address, then make your first Studio image. Each step names the control you use and what you see.
For the complete documentation index, see llms.txt. This page is also available as Markdown.
UOVA has two halves that share one account and one pool of credits: Build makes websites and Studio makes images and video. This page takes the shortest route through both. Read Build and Studio if you want the difference first.
#Create your account
Step 1: Open the sign-up page
Go to /signup. The sign-in window offers email and password, and Google. Apple and Microsoft sign-in appear only if UOVA has switched them on.
Step 2: Enter your email, then the code
UOVA emails you an 8-character code made of digits and the letters A to F. Type it into the window, then choose a password of at least 8 characters.
Step 3: Know what you start with
You begin on the Free plan with 250 credits a month. See How credits work for when they reset.
#Build and publish a site

2The draft opens in the editor
1Describe your business
Step 1: Describe your business in the prompt box
On the homepage, click the box that reads "Describe what you want to create…". Say what the business is, where it is and what it offers. Enter sends it and ShiftEnter starts a new line. Write a prompt that works shows what to include.
Step 2: Optional: open + Add
The + Add tray, titled "Your business", takes a business name, where you work, phone, opening hours, what you do, one link to an existing site or Google listing, photos, a logo, three colours and a font. Facts you give here appear on the site. Facts you do not give are left out or shown as "Add your …" instructions.
Step 3: Watch the build
A progress screen shows the draft taking shape. The bar is paced for 110 seconds, which is a fixed estimate, not a measurement. If a build fails, the credits are refunded and a Retry button appears.
Step 4: Edit the draft
The editor opens on your new site. Click an element to select it and double-click text to type over it. Replace every "Add your …" line with your real details. See Editor overview.
Step 5: Select Publish
The first publish is a four-step window: Website address, Who can access, Website info, then Review. Choose a name for
<name>.uova.io. In Who can access your website? the only choice is Public, "Anyone with the link can access". In Website info, add a title of up to 60 characters and a description of up to 160, then select Publish now. You must be signed in to publish.Step 6: Open your live site
A success step shows the address and share links. The button in the top bar now reads Update. Later edits reach the live site only when you select Update. See Publish your site.
#Make your first Studio image
Step 1: Open Studio
Go to /studio and select Create image in the Create section of the sidebar. You can look around without an account, but running a generation needs one, and the button reads Sign in to generate until you sign in.
Step 2: Pick a model and write a prompt
The picker opens on GPT Image 2, at 98 credits. For a first test, choose a low-price model: Z-Image Turbo is 6 credits at 16:9 or 9:16 and 8 at the default 4:3, and FLUX Schnell is 7 credits at any shape. Type your description in the Describe your image card in plain words. See Prompting in Studio.
Step 3: Set Count and check the price
Count runs from 1 to 4. The price on the Generate button is the price charged, and it grows with Count.
Step 4: Select Generate
A card with a timer appears for each image and fills in when it is ready. Every result is saved to your Library at /studio/library, where you can download it. If a run fails, the card says so and shows the credits refunded. See Library, history and downloads.
