Account settings
Every group in Account settings: Profile, Security, Notifications, Billing & credits and Your data, with what you can and cannot change in each.
For the complete documentation index, see llms.txt. This page is also available as Markdown.
Account settings open as a full-screen overlay over the dashboard. Open them from the gear at the foot of the left panel, from the account menu, or with g then s. Press the X or Esc to go back to where you came from, or to Websites. The five groups are Profile, Security, Notifications, Billing & credits and Your data.
#Profile
| Row | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Name | Edit it in place, up to 80 characters. Save appears only once the name has changed, and Esc puts the old name back. The page says "Shown in your account menu and on emails we send you." A toast confirms "Name saved". |
| Read-only. The page says "Contact support to change your email." See Help & Support. | |
| Sign-in methods | Shows how you sign in, such as email or Google. |
Your avatar shows your initials. Uploading a profile photo is not supported.
#Security
Three groups: your password, two-factor authentication, and Sessions with Sign out for this device and Sign out everywhere. The steps and messages are in Sign-in and security.
#Notifications
Emails about your live sites go to the address you sign in with, or to the recipient set on a form. Each live site has its own group of three switches, all on by default. Sites that are not live are not listed: the page says "Publish a site to set up email notifications." With more than one live site, an All live sites group at the top sets a switch everywhere at once and shows "on for n of m" when sites differ.
| Switch | What you get |
|---|---|
| New message email | "When someone sends a message through one of your forms. Messages still arrive in your Inbox when this is off; spam is never emailed." |
| Weekly digest | "On Mondays, after a week with visits: visitors, top pages and new messages." |
| Traffic alerts | "Checked each morning: a sudden drop or spike in visitors." |
See Emails from UOVA for exactly when each one is sent.
#Billing & credits
The pane has six parts: Plan (with Manage billing, which opens the Stripe portal for your card, invoices and cancelling), Credits, Plans (change plan, with a price preview before anything is charged), Credit usage, Credit history and Invoices. The Credits part notes that monthly credits reset on the 1st (UTC), and that bought credits never expire and are spent after the month's allowance. Details are in Subscribe, change plan or cancel.
#Your data
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Export your data | Downloads a JSON file of your sites, published pages, form messages, domains, plan and AI history, and shows "Your export is downloading". You can run it 10 times an hour. |
| Delete account | Opens "Delete your account?": your account, your sites and everything in them are deleted for good, and your published sites stop working. You type DELETE to confirm. The deletion happens at once and cannot be undone. |
#Site settings are separate
Settings that belong to one site (General, Domain, Code, Versions, Danger zone) are in that site's own panel. See Your sites and projects.
#Limits
