#Build
No. You describe the business in the prompt box or start from a template, then edit in the browser. See Build overview.
No. The generator picks from its own list of 12 generator templates based on your prompt. To choose a design, start from a template with Use Template. See Start from a template.
The progress bar is paced for 110 seconds, which is a fixed estimate. A build that runs past the time limit stops and refunds your credits. See Limits, sign-in and what a generation makes.
Yes. Every plan publishes to a uova.io address. Free-plan sites show a Made in UOVA badge. See Publish your site.
No. The address is editable only before the first publish. See Your uova.io address.
No. The live site shows your last published snapshot until you select Update. See Versions and republishing.
They are saved in your dashboard Inbox and emailed to you, up to 20 emails per site per UTC day by default. The visitor gets no automatic confirmation email. See Inbox and form messages.
No. You can give the generator one link to an existing site or Google listing, which it reads for facts only. See Generate a site from a prompt.
No. Each site has one language, detected from the prompt: English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German or Italian. See Write a prompt that works.
Not in your own HTML: scripts and iframes are stripped. A short list of head snippets is accepted. The one supported embed is the Book section, which shows a Cal.com or Calendly calendar, or a Square calendar for a buyer widget address and otherwise a Square button, from a link you paste in Project settings > Booking. Yes. A live site can ask for one shared password: open the site, then Content & Memberships, then the Access tab. See Your sites and projects.
#Studio
You can browse Studio signed out, but every generation needs a signed-in account. See Studio overview.
From 6 to 386 credits depending on the model. The price on the Generate button is the price charged. See What actions cost.
Every model works on every plan, so the choice is about fit and price. See Choosing a model.
In your Library, which is saved to your account and works across devices. Deleting moves an item to Trash, where you can restore it. See Library, history and downloads.
A clip that has not finished in 30 minutes is marked failed and refunded once. See Troubleshooting.
No. Community and Explore show UOVA's own examples and your own history. See Explore and Community.
#Billing
250 credits a month, unlimited sites, every template and every model. See How pricing works.
At the start of each calendar month in UTC, not on your billing date. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. See How credits work.
No. Credit packs never expire and are spent after your monthly allowance. See Buy more credits.
AI actions stop and the Studio shows "Not enough credits". You can buy a pack or upgrade. See How credits work.
From Billing & credits, through Manage billing, or by emailing billing@uova.com. A cancelled plan keeps its features until the end of the paid period. See Subscribe, change plan or cancel.
Annual plans are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans have no refund for partial months. See Refunds, taxes and invoices.
No. There is the Free plan, and checkout has no promo-code field. See Pricing FAQ.
#Account
Select Forgot password? in the sign-in window and UOVA emails you a reset link. See Sign-in and security.
Not yourself. Email is read-only in Profile, so contact support. See Account settings.
No. Accounts are for one person, and team workspaces do not exist yet. See Accounts, sites and projects.
Yes. Your data in Account settings offers a JSON export and account deletion. Deletion is refused while a paid subscription is active. See Account settings.
