Privacy policy
A plain-language summary of how UOVA handles your data: what the product lets you export and delete, how cookies work, and which privacy topics to read in full.
For the complete documentation index, see llms.txt. This page is also available as Markdown.
#Who is responsible
Uova Global Corp., based in Toronto, Ontario, runs UOVA. Privacy requests go to privacy@uova.com. The policy also names a Data Protection Officer at dpo@uova.com.
#What you can do in the product
- Export your data. Account settings, then Your data, downloads a JSON file of your sites, published pages, form messages, domains, plan and AI history. You can run it 10 times an hour.
- Delete your account. In Your data, type DELETE to confirm. Deletion is refused while a paid subscription is active, so cancel first. It takes effect at once.
- Delete Studio items. Deleting a generation moves it to Trash, from where you can restore it. See Library, history and downloads.
- Delete a form message. Delete in the Inbox is permanent. See Inbox and form messages.
#Where your AI content is stored
The policy says AI-generated images and videos are stored on UOVA's servers and associated with your account, and are not shared publicly unless you choose to publish them. It also says text prompts and any images you supply are sent to third-party AI model providers for processing.
#Cookies and analytics
- On UOVA's own marketing and app pages, non-essential analytics and advertising technologies load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you reject them, they are not loaded. Essential cookies are always active.
- UOVA's own analytics cookie, a random identifier with no email address or IP address, is set only if you accept analytics cookies.
- On a site you own, a cookie banner switch is in Site settings, General. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel on your site load only after the visitor consents.
- The dashboard's Analytics page counts visitors to your published sites with a private daily identifier and no cookie.
The full wording is in the Cookie Policy.
