Help & Support
Ask a question, report a bug or request a feature. Every message reaches a person, and support is the same on every plan.
For the complete documentation index, see llms.txt. This page is also available as Markdown.

#Contact support
Use the form below or email hello@uova.com. One person replies to every message within 24 hours, and there are no opening hours to catch. Support is the same on every plan; there is no priority tier.
A good message says what you were doing, what you expected and what happened instead. Add the address of the site, such as your-site.uova.io, or the Studio page you were on.

#Report a bug
If something broke, or UOVA behaved differently from these guides, send it through the same form and start the subject with Bug:. Include:
- the page address, or the editor or Studio screen where it happened
- the steps that lead to it, one per line
- what you expected and what you saw
- your browser and device
#Request a feature
Describe the job you were trying to do and where UOVA stopped you. The task you need done helps more than the name of a feature. Start the subject with Idea:.

#Common questions
From hello@uova.com, to the email address you entered in the form. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived.
You cannot change it yourself: in your dashboard, Profile shows the email as read-only. Send a message from the form above with your current and new address.
Not from inside UOVA. A project belongs to one account and there is no transfer option. Send a message with both account emails and the project name, and the move is done by hand.
Click Forgot password? in the sign-in window and UOVA emails you a link to set a new password. If no email arrives, check your spam folder, then contact support.
